Goose Green Cottage is open all year round but is especially busy during Bakewell Show week and
Chatsworth Country Fair. All Rates are based on two people sharing the cottage and include all
services.

Galley kitchen - entrance 69cm. Width of room 67cm. Original quarry tiled floor with carpet runner (which can be removed if necessary). Central strip light and under unit lights. Unit high 92cm including sink. Hob and unit 90cm. Drop handle to electric oven 70cm.

Pantry step up 2cm. Door width 79cm. Fridge freezer high 84cm door handle 23cm. Tiled floor.

Utility room step up 8cm. Door width 50cm. Washer dryer and small dishwasher. Access very limited due to room size. Back door not accessible unless in an emergency.

Staircase and landing area 57cm wide. Hand rails up the 11 steps to both sides. Short pile patterned carpet.

Bathroom door width 58cm. Tiled floor and partially tiled walls. Electric shower over the bath-

Sitting room. Small double bed settee and armless easy chair. Stereo and radio. Digital  portable TV and built in DVD player.

Narrow open plan stairs 11 steps up to bedroom. Door width 63cm. Double bed height 61cm. Very small en-suite with toilet (43cm) and basin (76cm)

Public transport

Regular buses front a short walk across the road near the sweet shop.

Nearest train station at Chesterfield.

Well behaved dogs welcome.
